It is aimed to strengthen the relationship of the city with the sea by creating new connections with two artificial islands planned in the Marmara Sea on the shores of Yenikapı and Kadıköy districts, new coastlines.

The two artificial islands are treated as an integral part of the existing coastlines, while adding a new scene to the Sea of ​​Marmara that resembles natural environments and includes a wide variety of human-scale facilities. With this project, it is aimed to provide new opportunities to the city by creating a new platform for the society.

It is aimed that the islands serve as a platform to provide needed information and raise awareness on environment, energy and sustainability issues. In the project, a design was created by evaluating the environmental, social and economic impacts and taking into account the principles of using local materials in the construction of the islands, low emission and low energy consumption.
