The project area is located at the intersection of Pendik District Doğu Mahallesi Sahil Boulevard, İlhami Soysal Boulevard and Erol Kaya Street. The project consists of a parking area on the ground and parking areas in the underground area reached by a ramp.

In order to use the open area as a park and to provide additional parking lots, underground parking has been planned.

The parking lot structure has a rectangular area of ​​approximately 4,692 m2 and consists of 3 floors. The floor construction area is 4,692 m2. The total construction area is 14,076 m2. A parking lot, which is navigated by ramps with a slope of 12% between floors, has been planned. The floor height is planned as 3.60 m from the floor to the floor.

The capacity of the car park is 363 cars. 5% of the number of parking lots is planned as disabled parking lot and 2% electric parking lot.

Since there is no slope on the land, it is aimed to create a flat ground and use it as a parking area after the earth filling is done after the construction. There are 2 elevators and 2 ladder groups reaching the surface.
