The project covers the relocation projects of the village roads affected by the Ilısu Dam, whose construction works are almost end. The reservoir area of the Ilısu Dam, built on the Dicle River, affects the village roads of Diyarbakır, Batman, Mardin, Siirt and Şırnak provinces. Within this scope, a total of 240 km of relocation road was designed at 33 different points.

Drainage structures, stream bed arrangements and fortification projects have been made within the scope of the project, and a total of 832 culverts have been designed. Additionally, retaining structures for cuts and fillings were designed. Traffic safety projects are also part of this project.
