The Project is the procurement of Survey and Project Consultancy Services, which includes 25 km of a total 35 km section of the provincial road with the control section number 38-03 between Felahiye and Kayseri. The projected route provides a shorter, safer and faster transportation opportunity in a different corridor from the existing road. Especially the horizontal-vertical geometric standards of the existing road are very low. The existing road generally serves as 2x1, 8-10 m wide with a surface coating. Approximately 15 km of the project has a platform width of 2x1, 12 m, and a section of approximately 10 km has a platform width of 2x2.25 m.
